You know the settings by now, its time to get up to speed on everything that has been released in grime over the last week and review it all on this week's instalment of #TheGrimeyCatchUp!

There's going to be a few 4/20 inspired tracks in this week's Catch Up - with the famous date being celebrated on Thursday - and none other than long-time collaborators and great friends Joe Fire and Jus Rival have dropped a track to commemorate this. Weed Affe Bun sees both MCs float over the instrumental with smooth flows, as Rayman Beats sets the tone with spacey synths, to bring all the weed smokers together.

Manga Saint Hilare has been on fire as we all know and the work rate is not showing any signs of slowing down, with this latest single the latest offering from the MC. 1234 is the first single from the collaborative EP with Blay Vision, who has equally had some of the best moments of his career recently. With Blay's production shining yet again on this track with the horns and synths giving the track a bounce, both MCs deliver on their verses and the hook. This video was shot after Manga's Adidas event and there is yet another awkward Jack Squared lurking in the background.
Shadoh is the next MC who has stepped up for the next Fatality Riddim and has shown the levels as he represents Scottish Grime! His aggressive delivery shines over this production and with insane rhyme schemes and numerous flows weaved in between, he makes sure he kills his version and keeps the pressure on the next artist to deliver! I believe these are now dropping weekly so keep a look out for the next MC version!

Mayday has been dropping insane tracks this year, teaming up with various artists from Birmingham to Brazil to showcase the best in grime. This latest video is for his single What Do You Mean, featuring Fiasco and produced by DubzCo. The black and white video sees both MCs taking it back to basics and spraying their bars with clean visual edits.
Zedz has also dropped a 4/20 inspired track, with Smoke being the latest offering from the MC who has dropped a string of quality tracks this year so far. The heavy bass line matched with the airy synths sets the tone for Zedz to give us an insight into his mind and how he "crumbles big buds when [he's] alone".
Make sure to go and check out my highlights of Devlin's Boxpark Black Card Sessions! He's also dropped the video for Don't Try It with Chip on his YouTube channel; click here for that!
Over at Grime Originals, they're building up to the release of their album. This first single from the project, Ease, sees Nasty Jack, Jammer and So Large, three huge names in the scene, link up for a monster track with none other than Sir Spyro on production.
