It's that time again, where we take a look at all the major drops and events, as part of #TheGrimeyCatchUp!

Deanoh dropped his first offering of the year, returning with a bang over a beat by SDLR as he asks: Who Is This Man? He reminds us of his pedigree and hunger as an up and coming MC, referring to himself in the third person as he asks: "Who is this new-gen Midlands MC shelling down sets and killing it fam?" Deanoh definitely shows us why he is one of the best rising stars in the grime scene and backs his clashing talk with his assertive delivery of his flows and punchy bars that land clean time and time again.
Joe Fire has dropped a stream of tracks this week, reminding us who the boss of this game really is. From the Angry Freestyle, to an insane rally track in Charge, he has brought the heat with these tracks in a variety of ways! If you haven't already, you HAVE to check out the tracks he has dropped in the video playlist above! He stated his intentions in a tweet, where he tells other artists that: "The standard has been set now get the f*ck to work!"
LRD has dropped the first vocal to his Fatality Riddim, and Fugzi is the first MC to step up. There will be a thread dedicated to these as there will be multiple versions dropping over the next few weeks, so make sure to look out for that! In the meantime, make sure to go check this insane version out, as Fugzi batters the beat with insane flows and heavy bars to cause a fatality!

Sharky Major has dropped the visuals for his brand new track, Own, over on the Grime Originals Youtube channel. In this track, he touches on what he wants to achieve in the coming year, claiming that he wants to reach "heights further than [he's] already climbed". Make sure to go check this freestyle out above!

On Tuesday 4th, Travs Presents absolutely shut it down with an insane set featuring some of grime's finest. Duppy, Renz, Kruz Leone, M.I.C, Logan and a ton of other MCs came through with Chamber and SI*BL on the decks and set the room alight with an insane demonstration of what grime is really about. Being there in person to experience it was absolutely amazing - and I uploaded a highlights post to our TikTok and Instagram in the footer below - but make sure that you re-watch the full set on Youtube above!
Shannon Parkes has taken to Bandcamp to drop a brand new single - titled Never. This self-produced banger sees Shannon spit slick bars over a heavy, grimey instrumental with an insane synth melody and a dirty bassline. Make sure to support and go check this new release out!

The Upsetters (28 Luchi, Doni Rampage, Joe Fire & Aaze), turned up to Mode London and shut it down, alongside Black Crown and Kruz Leone, to celebrate the birthday of Doni Rampage. Make sure to check out this set in full above!
