A big week in the grime scene has been covered in #TheGrimeyCatchUp!

FEATUREDSINGLES

Manga Saint Hilare showcased his greatness this week, with a UK tour culminating in an insane performance at the Jazz Cafe! With support on stage from Blay Vision, So Large, Razor, D Double E and Jelani Blackman, he showed us all why he is one of the best in the grime scene and one of the best artists in the UK! With Blay Vision also doing a set and the Travs Presents chief support absolutely going off, this was a true representation of grime in 2023! The highlights of the show can be found on the Shapin' Grime Instagram and Tiktok, which can be found at the bottom of this page!

P Money is continuing the run up to his next project, Money Over Everyone 4. His latest drop in anticipation is a monster link up with Jme, Frisco and D Double E - titled Wagwarn Mumzy. All 4 MCs go in as we all know they always do and have done over the longevity of their careers and drop insane wordplay as they go. With long time collaborator Silencer on production delivering a chilling instrumental, this track is a dream team collab and builds the hype by tenfold for MOE 4. His headline show at Fabric nightclub on July 7th will be a shutdown as well, which you can get tickets for here.

Grindhouse has joined forces with the team at American Grime for the F*ck It EP, a two-track release featuring two Miami MCs - MC Jumanji & Krizm. Both tracks feature the aforementioned outstanding Grindhouse production, with F*ck It featuring a more chilling style of production and Too Heavy featuring Krizm boasting an instrumental that he can glide across whilst still being as heavy as the title suggests. This is a Bandcamp exclusive for now and drops on all platforms on the 13th of June!

Zedz is keeping the workrate and quality up with his next release, Cold, produced by one of the best producers in grime, Filthy Gears. Zedz reminds on this on how cold he can be when crossed and the cold nature of the people he has been around and the things he has seen in his life. This is another strong release from Zedz and trust me, you'll want to stay tuned for his next release... it's a banger!

Snoopa dropped an insane album last Sunday - titled Its. With a strong feature and production list, the album sounds incredible from start to finish, with Snoopa's versatility on show exceptionally across the project. He showcases his sound across range of styles and genres and makes sure his debut album is a stand-out and one to remember! A full review and interview with the man himself is coming soon!

Travs Presents have uploaded the footage from the crazy set with General Courts on the decks and a list of A-star Grime MCs! Make sure to go check this set out if you want to relive the hype or take it in for the first time!

Flamezee and J Fresh have joined forces for their latest track, War. Flamezee drops a catchy hook, asking his rivals: "What d'you know about war?" His verses glide across the production from J Fresh, with high pitches synths that give a chilling and memorable melody for Flamezee to shell down!
